How to farm weapon blueprints for blueprint enhancement?

I'm all set for the lategame but my weapon blueprint is only tier 2, I'm farming weapons & gear crates but not getting any weapon blueprints to reinforce with.

What's the best way to farm BP fragments for enhancement?
