Is the Public Crisis Events Quest bugged.

Im at the point in my journey where i need to complete a public crisis event in order to progress. This is kind of tedious since the events only pop up every so often. I completed several including the disco ball one and the fishing one, yet have not completed the quest. Is anyone else experiencing this problem or is my game bugged, or maybe im missing something. Please help.

It's any other event than those two. Try to do Dark Side or a different public crisis event

Operation Chiron is what I did for my quest. Worked first time.

I've done 3 discos and 2 fishing events and the journey quest still doesn't complete

It completed for me after soloing "Digging to Hell"

I was stuck on this Journey Quest FOREVER! I tried multiple times to do the "Cargo" event, the "Fishing" event, and nothing. Today I finally got the chance to do the "Dig To Hell" event and IT WORKED! Hope this helps!
