Best way to gain the weight in game?
I have my cat and a larger bed so the cat can sleep in bed and assist in gaining weight.
I eat and drink more often than the meters suggest.
I travel via port of vehicle instead of running.

But for some reason I stay at 69KG. Wanting to get to the higher category for the carry, stability, and dmg bonus.

Any suggestions?

I heard Fish N' Chips helps. I'm not lying.

Cut down lots of trees and just carry around logs. Or, break a bunch of rocks and carry around gravel. I am forever struggling to keep the weight off me. But, I hoard everything I find.

74kg here, never moved from this weight from day one... in fact I didn't even know weight was a thing until I saw people struggling to gain some...

Just use the mirror and make your character fat?

I was not aware this was a mechanic until now...

to lose weight you want to be really hungry and then eat lots of spoiled food - youll puke and when you sleep to recover sanity you lose weight. to gain weight i have not found any way other than the mirror. the cat doesnt help you gain anything.

This is why so many people recommend making a fat character at game start. Unlike real life, in this game it's much easier to lose weight than to gain it.

Lol in real life losing weight is very easy. But in the game i was heavier and always stayed. Never knew this was a thing. I just eat food in game to keep meter up and my guy is chubby ×_×

Yeah, no it's not. Stress, sleep, genetics, metabolism, age, medications and more all play a factor in losing weight in real life.
For some, it is easy.
For most, it is not.

Weight gain is easy, go to evergreen pick up the fish and chips recipe ne a 100 yards from anchor or less in a building on table. then make, for each one fish and chips you eat you will gain 1 kg. Super easy peasy

I knew there was some sort of weight mechanic in this game.. But I highly doubt my character would gain too much weight, I tend to forget to feed him.. LOL. But I can carry a lot and my stamina is a lot as well. :o I'll have to see if my character did became a tubby.

fish and chips 1 meal is 1 kg up. recipe is in ever green 100 yards or less ne of anchor proper in a building on table. Weight loss is weight loss juice or just eat lots of spoiled food and lay in bed so you dont die. that method is hard to control to hit right weight but effective. antibiotics will fix food poisoning. lots of changes since betas and caused alot of misinformation. All above I have personally used
