I'm having rendering issues... Like when I reach my destination after traveling from bike I can't see any buildings or anything everything is just floating in the air and I have a 3060 12gb 16gigs of ram i5 11400f

Same here, I've maxed my render distance but I still couldn't see enemies until I was pretty much on top of them. I also noticed that when I look away things (like ore & rocks) despawn, and when I look back it takes a second to render back. Pretty sure it's not my computer as this didn't happen until after the update.

my game runs perfectly fine 200 fps
So what you're saying is that you have that graphics card and literally NOTHING else the same. By that logic, a dog is "literally" the same as a cow because they both have legs.

the game has issues with memory leaks and/or improper resource utilization. Loaded with a large amount of resources or when switching between scenes, stuttering or crashes can easily occur, but this has been an ongoing issue. One day they will optimize this game better- im not even sure they addressed the leak issue yet actually lol.

This is the answer!!!
Phones have SSD's while most computers don't lol. Terribad.

When you go to the graphics settings, at the top there will be a line that changes all the settings at once, choose medium or low settings and after that below you can set medium or high settings for each line separately. This magically cures small stutters.

16Gb was fine 4 years ago. 32 GB is the new norm now.

but i play battlefield and baldur's gate without any issue even helldivers 2 doesn't have any stuttering

I had the same problem, Try to play with the "Render Scale", This option might be the problem of causing a game stuttering, It was 100 when I first played and I lowered it to 80 and I haven't got a single stutter & drops till now.

Lag does not correlate to your GPU , CPU or ram. Lag is a networking term not one of graphics cards or processors. The reason I correct you is it can be important when troubleshooting to know the source of performance issues.

Your system is more than capable of running the game so your issue is unlikely to be the issue but not impossible either.

To figure out the likely cause when the game is running open performance manager. If you see unusual spikes (especially if they stay) you may be able to identify your problem.

Some problems with your system could be out of date drivers, incorrect setting for your ram, not running in dual channel for your ram. not having thermal paste on your cpu, a dying cpu or gpu, improper cooling, outdated .netframework, loose ethernet cables, gaming on wifi with interference or packet loss.

With that said developers have also recognized some networking issues on their end and they are working to fix this. An issue that may not be fixed is if you are too far from the server. This will cause you to have really high ping and our brothers and sisters from South Africa and Australia for example have made please for servers in their regions (I hope you guys get it soon).

Another issue separate from your issues you may have with your system and lag from a bogged down network or pin is netcode. Basically we are all playing simultaneously our own version of the game and netcode. Essentially stitches all these versions together so that actions taken that are affected by ping that would create an impossible situation are unified. So for example if we both go to mine a iron node and we have different ping the server has to decide if what you see or what I see is the server reality. We see things slightly differently because of the speed packets (data) is sent to the server. Netcode helps to mediate what the server accepts so neither of us feels to marginalized. (WILDLY OVERSIMPLIFIED)

game is bad optimized, especially when many structure & building in the area. In my case I was fine around my home area until I got 5+ new neighbors yesterday then It became stuttering like hell.

I cannot believe the game can run on the minimum setup. I see how relatively poorly it perfoms on 1060 6GB.

On 1060 the game sometimes hit even 60 fps :) I hope it makes your day brighter.
