Securement Silo - EX1 softlock
The key card can be dropped in the ceiling, softlocking the run if you don't happen to have grenades on you.

thank you for that. Was looking for 10min if I missed anything, that screenshot was super helpful.
Had no grenades with me, but had "spring legs" (higher jump) and was able to snag the card mid jump.

We had to restart the silo 4 times last night over that issue

in my case , key card drop and gone in the air .....need to restart mission again
