Manibus will only show up in phase 5 if I'm not mistaken.

But we have now in pahse 3 a q to do 500 damage to him^^

Sometimes the game shows season goals from future phases. Probably some bugs, simply go in the season goals screen and track one of the ones for this phase manually.
