Power outage now most power not working

I guess i had too much hooked up or the eel got tired, but almost nothing was working. A lot of things are on their own switch that I can power off and on but most things just arent working. Now it seems I might have to deconstruct all the power lines and switches and reconnect.

I found a solution for this problem, if you're still interested, only run chains of 4 power plants in one row, 3 if you have the standard maximum of 6. chain the 3/4 together with wires, and do another row of 3/4. connect the two strings of power plants using pylons, with a pylon inbetween each and the junction. this worked for me, none of my 7 power plants are displaying the 0 output glitch.
