PVP01-00006 not existing / Eternaland Locked (Playing Nvidia GeForce NOW)

Everything on my Once Human Client has disappeared. My server doesn't exist. Last I was logged on I was in eternaland, I then exited the game. Geforce NOW needed to update, so i did so and updated the app. When I came back, I booted up the game and it was as if I never played. The Server I would originally be able to continue is nonexistent and my eternaland option was locked. Is as if my account was wiped off of Once Human. I repaired the game client two times and still nothing. please help It would really suck if I had to redo the whole entire game again. I also put money into it.

My characters are gone from the servers i was on. The servers are still there though.
