platform Transfer

does anyone know how to transfer between platform, i accidentally started on epic game because i thought Once human is only available to Epic [Base on my sister told me], later that i find out that this game is available on all platforms, so i decided to install it on steam, the problem is that i don't see any log in info on epic or any bindings at all

well ingame you can see a userid so maybe write to them and ask if you can link the user id you are using on epic here to steam. but i cant say for certain
