I am 120 but one girl is 160 why? How to increase the space of the bag?

As i write to your first thread there are different backpacks one with 40 one with 60 and one with 80 Carry wight and then you Character is important a very fatt Character can carry 100 withouht Backpack

Craft the bag with platinum crystal to get the max benefit which is +80. Having more than one bag doesn't increase the maximum load.

They're a late game resource. You can get them from the Red Sands area of the map by looting crates and activating rift anchors. Once you have Blackfell unlocked you can just loot the town and you will get plenty of Platinum Crystals as the crates reset every 4 hours. You can also get them from SILO Theta. I'm guessing you haven't reached this phase yet so you will have to wait until the area unlocks.
