Solar panel wiring doesn't work?

I press X on solar panel to attach a wire, I press X on refining facility to connect it, It says I cannot repeated attach a wire ... why? My fridge is wired up the same way, does no work with refining facility.

It just means it already attaches to the solar panel. If it still doesn't work, try checking if your power consumption is greater than what the solar can generate or not.

IIRC, the refinery should only take 10w of power to operate. But the normal solar panel only generates 15w so be sure to check the power rating. As a side note, a Super Refinery (if you have one) needs 15w of power.
