Eternal Land

Can someone explain to me what is the point of eternal land? I ms till confused on it . Thanks

I think it is so you can keep your character. Apparently, you can take some items to Eternaland to save after the servers wipe. You will be given a set number of material points to use to do it at the end of the season, so you must choose carefully. The items you choose will be taken to Eternaland where they are saved in your possession permanently. You can transfer them into the new season somehow. Not sure how.

That is what I gather. Eternaland is only good for filling orders otherwise.

It's your uh... personal spatial-storage in your dantian thing that also contain world... stuff

Basically, it hold all your possesions from previous season to be transfered into future seasons

My game says I don't have access to it. I think it's a level 20+ thing only? What happens if I don't hit lvl 20 before the season ends?

Eternaland also acts as "sandbox mode", whereas it reserves a blank canvas for people who wants to explore their creativity.
For example some players like the building aspect and can go mental with it in Eternaland as it doesn't have the restricted boundary like the territory does.

It doesn't take resources to builld anything, instead it has its own currency to spawn things in which you can get from selling anything at all from your character, including items that cannot be sold to vendors such as deviants or staroids.

To sell items from your character into Astral Sands (Eternaland currency);

• Open the main menu with ESC on keyboard or OPTION button on controller.
  
• On top right you should see an island icon, select that.
  
• It will bring up three squares, and a list of friends' Eternalands. You want to select the second square that says Manage Materials.

To your left two tabs will appear, Purchase and Sell. In Sell tab is all your items in your backpack, every single thing.
Keep in mind, anything you want to exchange for Astral Sand have to be in your backpack.

It's not a purposeful place, it's just your own space to goof around in.

That's why they use that place to vault your items when seasonal wipes tides in.

It's basically a sandbox area for you to do what you want. I using it to make each house and store them there. With server 2, I might add furniture and display stuff like armor and weapons and fish.

Apart from that, it really not of much use. You should be playing most of the time not wasting time there.

Currently, I am still on my first server (phase 5) so I am using it:

(A) As a spot for me to avoid hunger or thirst meter dropping while I am checking on something.

I have a bit of OCD so I usually like having my meters and stuff full when I log off (if I feel I have done everything I want to do for the week/phase).

(B) As a spot to store my weapons used.

I know now that weapons and armors built in Eternaland cannot be transferred to the new server.

So, the plan now is to use it to display the build I used in my previous server.

I don't know how many scenarios/servers I will play before I move on from the game but the plan is currently so.

Previously, I wasted Astral Sand building weapons and armors to prep for new season but I now know the errors of my way

Nice idea. I prefer to only eat and drink before going out of base, depending on what I plan to do. If it only visiting shops, I don't bother.

I sure most feel the transfer to new server is a bit steep or not enough token amount. Perhaps, they should give the same amount each week up to week 3. By then you probably don't want to transfer anymore.
