Eternaland vs Seasonal Servers

Right now, I know I am on a PVE server that I really like playing on. I don't think I can go to Eternaland yet, and I don't know what it is.

I'm very curious about seasonal wipes. I love it. I'm glad it is happening. It keeps awful people from ruining the game. I do want to know what I am going to lose though. I don't care about my base. Am I going to lose all my progress on the skill tree? Do I lose all my stuff and I have my strong character I have leveled up to continue playing with? Do I get to keep the cosmetics and outfits I have unlocked? What about my weapons?

Is Eternaland the exact same map, but there is no season stuff and you can just play the game without worrying about all of that?

Someone help me understand, please...

The point of it is a place to transfer all of your seasonal content so you don't cry about it being wiped.

Every game that has Seasons has an "Eternal Realm" where your characters/items created in Seasonal Realms will go to after the seasons end.

This is nothing new.

Eteranal Land read the season update banner it answers many important Q's about Eternal Land. Apparently I can take my current crafted gear and send it there to pull it out on a fresh game on wipe and get those things and materials ive farmed to get ahead on a fresh run forward. Tungston, Acid, Fuel, Steel for sure im loading in......its going to be a race for Black Fell oil fields...the only good spot to get acid and oil at once.

How do you transfer it?

Go into Gear, notice on bottom right of you gear listing is a Land and Island symbol I believe you move things there to eternal, I have not tried it just yet.
