It does feel easier to nope it, switch to another world and come back on the 50/50 chance that it has switched to Phase
Unstoppable or Power Surge defeats Void
Burn or Frost Vortex beats Balance.
The cradle also carriers the Anti-Balance/Anti-Void buffs for specific weapons. Choosing one of those may make things easier.
Either way, even if you have the appropriate build, I still think they're more trouble than they are worth. Especially based on what they actually drop. You get complete garbage from them....lol.
Coherence mobs seem harder than the Monolith bosses!
What I noticed is if you marked it with Bullseye you can hit the doll/device much harder. Doll/Device is NOT a weakspot so your crossbow will not mark it. Bingo has 100% chance to mark when you switch weapon.
I took down a Rossetta Heavy with a Coherence device and also Edee in Blackwell and both had there devices recharge at least 3 times in the fight using a maxed out pistol.
All other elites don't have such restrictions. Once the shield is down, they are dead meat. Use Shadowhound if you can't hit the device reliably due to how small it is. I brought over lvl 5/4 Shadownhound for this.
