Question: How to obtain Scout set Pants, Mask, Shoes recipe?

I'm confused how-to get these recipes. Web-sites I've looked at haven't made it clear to me.

Keep looting gear chests doing story or repeating facilities. make sure to fuse your blueprints too! I think i got some from elite/boss kills too. Just loot and kill everything!

There are mystic boxes in every settlement (you get a purple quest when you're in them), inside those mystic boxes are blueprint fragments, you can combine the fragments to create the blueprint. The scout set is found in these mystic boxes. I can't remember which ones but it was fairly early, maybe broken delta?
