End of Season Starchrom...

So, as you might have predicted, i forgot to buy my Starchrom Crates at the end of the season... i had one and a quarter million EL, and was something i was constantly reminding myself to get before the end.

And ive done exactly what i hoped i wouldnt, i started a new season and just watched a YT vid that reminded me i hadnt done the last purification or bought the crates... fml - does anyone know if there is a way to obtain the crates retroactively? i had kind of thought they'd be unlocked/offered after you signup for another season etc.

Customer Support (ingame) doesnt have anything helpful for me, so i was hoping (in futility, i know...) that i might find an answer on the forums...

honestly, I think you are not going to be able to obtain them after the fact sadly.

With a lot of luck if you open up a ticket on discord or something, you might get lucky and a dev can just send them to you and deduct a some astral sand..

But yer, I think you stuffed up there bud,

& trust me, if it wasnt for my brother reminding me, I would have totally forgot myself haha

Missed out? Yes

Within the first phase of the new season I was able to farm a little over 9K. This is including with the new events.

4K from Phase 6 seasonal shop crates

If you are in this for the long haul, 4k or even 8k starchroms matters not because you get everything given enough time. And if you are not, it STILL doesn't matter anyway because you've already moved on to another thing.

Just chill.

You did fudge up, but it's not that big a deal. In the short term this may feel like a major disaster, but in the long run, provided you stick with this game for a while, missing out on that Starchrom will barely be a drop in the ocean.

it's just a game, nothing happened, play more seasons and you'll get new Starchrom
