For NVidia Control Panel (or NVidia App), set vertical sync to "ON" and only "ON". It does not work if you set it to "Fast" or other variants. No idea why, but setting to ON instead of Fast removes screen tearing for me when using DirectX12.

Usualy i play with 60fps on 1440p high settings, but after some time playing the fps drops to 20-30.
Edited: this is the same for when you have a high refresh rate monitor and you have low fps, then Screen Tearing can happen too.
