UID Changed and now no characters at all.

Well was working fine last night and now today I see that my UID has changed and has a -2 at the end and now I have no characters at all.
So about 100 hours of play all gone.

Now have the following issues:
1: Takes forever to start up now.
2: Shows wrong UID with a -2 at the end.
3: No longer shows my last used Server in list.
4: No Servers displayed and now takes take like 10+ mins for the server list to show.
5: Have to mess about flipping between regions until it responds.
6: Says I have a Character on said server once listed and am able to login.
I AM NOT GOING TO GO THROUGH THIS 10 to 20 mins EVERY TIME I WANT TO PLAY THE GAME

Also the UID is the same, just that they are sticking a -2 at the end causing it to break and not see anything.

Same! Can't do anything. Any solution?

I just deleted the game folder and told steam to validate the file and it will re-download all the deleted files.
I then rebooted my PC and it worked fine.

My UID is diffirent and I deleted all folders and still same new UID I cant reach my old account

When game is loaded you may notice that above button "Enter Game" there is a window called "Select Character and Server" and it's showing "Retrieving character data (1/5)"
So, only one solution that works for me is to turn on VPN and wait untill "data" is retrieving. Server list and characters will show up. Then i turn off VPN and click "Enter Game" and it's working fine till next relaunch.
I don't know why exactly it works or what country you should select on VPN, try and find it for yourself.
