How do I change calibration to double crit rate on socr valor rifle?
I'm just too dumb to wrap my head around this.
So i breakdown weapons and get blueprints then I can use those to swap out calibration attributes on gear that match the blueprint
But what about gear that comes from the wish machine? Since those wont be dropping do I have to buy a new one and break it down to get the blueprint that I want?

Calibration is done at the armour/weapons bench (press J I think). When you get dropped weapons (the ones you can't repair) they will have a calibration on them. Dismantle the dropped weapon and it will give you the calibration BP. You need to find an assault rifle that drops which has the calibration BP you need (i.e Double crit rate) Have it in your inventory after dismantle and replace calibration on the bench.

Edit: All the weapons and gear from the wish machine have a chance to drop with random calibration stats. (Sorry if I'm misunderstanding you here)

ahh ok. I thought I had to break down the exact weapon meaning not just the class (Assault rifle) but also style (SOCR / KAM) and name (The Last Valor). Meaning I could only break down SOCR valor rifle to get a usable BP. But any SOCR should break down into a blueprint that is usable with my Valor. Then I just look for the attributes I want.

Yeah you got it. There's basically Assault/Sniper/Shotgun/Pistol/Melee calibrations on every weapon that drops, based on what weapon class it is, with a random double stat (e.g Crit rate or DMG/Weakspot DMG/Elemental or mix of the two) and type (e.g portable/rapid/heavy etc) when they're disassembled. Obviously Blue tier weapons drop blue calibration and Gold, gold. If you're very late game it's probably best to save the god roll ones as once you apply it you can't take it off. They're one time use only.

No probs. Just to correct myself, dropped gear doesn't have calibrations when disassembled only weapons.
