Season transfer items Limit issue

Hello everyone, i created this post because i am currently disapointed by the items transfer limit from ethernal land into the new season backpack... checked someone video that performed the servers switch already and made a video and explained that we do have only 20000 ethernal currency that we can use to bring back items from ethernal backpack to new seasonnal backpack and legendary weapon T5 fully calibrated is about 10000 so basically i'll bring back almost nothing and i have wasted my time (over 200 hours played) farming ressources/forging ingots etc... thinking that i could bring a decent amount of those to be able to rebuild My house ( except production equipments ans some stuffs as i'll unlock mimetics again by leveling up and going through the new story bit by bit). So basically we'll loose everything crafted or farm as we will never have enough ethernal currency to bring them back, i get that there is a limit otherwise it is too easy and we'll be overpowered when starting a new season/scenario but come on guys, all the acid/ingots/rare materials that i've been keeping on purpose will just be lost, this is not serious.this is the thing i have got scared about and it is happening so if it stays like this there is no point for me to keep playing as it will end by just farming same things over and over ans this is not for me ! Please people let me know what you think about that and if developers sees this post i'd love to have some reasonnable explanations ! thanks

Anyways the server I'm in is already pretty done and mostly all the players switched already to a different harder version, me included. YES we only sadly have 20k points to transfer items.. Yep Sad.. So not really worth farmin so many mats. BUT the most important thing to transfer would be your deviants and maybe an alloy axe or an electric drill. And maybe some calibrations that are hard to get.
The most important stuff we keep would be the starchroms, our blueprints, decorations we found, decoration blue prints, recipes, Mitsuko's points, and any cash shop stuff and cosmetics.

Uh before moving, I highly suggest making Tier 1~Tier 2 gears for the new server so you can be set for a bit. So yanno you won't be so screwed up.

I seriously get your frustration, I was the same too lol. But I was like, whatev, and transfer all my higher grade deviants to farm for me again.

Thank you for replying and your explanation, it is a smart move indeed to bring only the strongest deviants and craft lower tier weapon/gears ;). I belive that i just need to digest the news and deal with it wisely but still very frustrating ^^. gooing to empty my nightstand and sell all my gold and silver ingots before i go hahaha.

Just a hint… as you mentioned you are going to sell all of your stuff, like gold and silver. As long as you cannot use the earned credits to buy starchrome it makes no sense as you as well will loose your EA credits by switching the season

Instead of sending a weapon, next time just scrap it and send calibration alone - rebuilding the weapon and upgrading it is way easier than farming a perfect calibration - it is only 1000 instead of 10000

As for other mats well... I don't mind. I'll farm just enough to clear all Prime Wars once (or twice for fun), do my weekly purification chore, farm enough cortex (to do those purifications) and I'll quit untill actual next season. Kinda feels like a mobile game from this perspective :O

I feel you. Anyone telling you your concerns are not legitimate about a game that encourages you to gather and build/construct/grow/fish/calibrate/repair/maintain/etc... things they have no intention of letting you keep is being selfish and ignoring basic human nature. This method of End-season deprivation after players make efforts to establish themselves in this game in a way THEY feel is meaningful is bound to lose a large amount of players who join in to experience the game. Facts.

Worst advice of all you could give.... don't take any gear with you, they use up the most points for transfer!!!!
Choose some deviants, chainsaw and eletric drill if you want to have a quick start (2-3 h to get to level 20 if you completed all missions on the old server).... the rest can be used for calibrations and ressources that are locked for the first week or just go for acid+fuel which will give you a huge advantage in week 2 if you have stacks of it early for prime wars.
