The hard server I am on currently I would say feels quite easy, the only thing is like posted above is you get hungry faster and get hit with more pollution, tho nothing you can't handle easily since it isn't even that much harder then playing novice.
You get an extra 20% starchrom on cortexes, seasonal goals and I think something else tho not 100% sure on that my self.
Some monsters might have resistance to your weapons, tho currently in phase 1 I seen only 2 monsters like that, tho they can be ignored and or someone else can kill them for you.
The bosses are still easy, killed all the current bosses while being lvl 16 and under solo mind you, tho I am using my ice build but it wasn't fully put together.
Sofar the hardest part of joining a new server is trying to figure out what to bring with you, since you get only 20k points for transferring items and some cost half of that and or even more, depending on what you plan on doing.
Also you can clear missions a whole lot faster if you pick the stream line option that they give you, thus cutting down on the time you spend running missions and or skipping cut scenes and or npcs.
I almost forgot to mention, the silos might give the enemies inside of them between 3-5 or more buffs and etc on hard-pro modes, tho nothing to worry about currently since we can't run those yet.
