How to reset memetic specialization?

I'm new to this game and I didn't understand many of the things in it (I don't know English very well).

Although I have been advancing up to level 25, today I wanted to arrange my memetic specialization, since I put several at random without knowing their usefulness.

Today I wanted to reset them, but it asks me for a material that is only available ''in season'' but they don't specify where or how.

When you go to your Seasonal Goals, you can see it in the left lower corner as the first reward when reaching 60 season points.

It is called "Specialization Cleaner". You can obtain this item max 5x per season and can only be received trough completing Seasonal Goals.

God what a terrible mechanic. Only five per season, each season is six weeks. If you, for example, don't know that you can't ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ process startrace ore without one specific specialization, and then you don't know what group that specialization is in, and accidentally reset the wrong ones because the list you viewed to figure it out is out of date, then you're just screwed.

I hate the seasons and everything to do with them. I really want to like this game, but the things I hate about it, I *really ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hate.* No private servers in a survival crafting game, seasons that reset after a set period of time, endless ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ waiting on every little ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ thing. Stupid ♥♥♥♥ like this that can ruin your character for six weeks at a time.
