The people mentioning Stardust pollution exposure are correct. It lowers and caps your maximum health. You can minimize this by getting more pollution resistance (through gear and some foods).

When I say this i dont mean it rudely even if everyone always thinks I do.
use the search feature . There was like 14 threads copy pasted about this last night. That being said I understand why you asked and im not trying to be rude im just saying you can find answers usually instantly by searching keywords of your question and seeing if someone else posted (and was answered already) this also keeps the answers to those questions from going 900 pages deep.
If anyone wonders why asking a simple question gets you butthurt responses from people, that's why because they've answered or seen the question 40 times in the last hour.

Just trying to explain to be clear maybe all caps was a bad idea ill bold it instead.

I searched about it and all what i found is people asking for option to remove the backpack.

I know the advice is kind of useless because of how many threads get made per hour unfortunately. USUALLY it works but at peak times its already like 40 pages deep
