I am having an hard time using the refining facility

I am having an hard time using the refining facility...
1) takes long time to refine
2) seems like the out come is very small, or looks like just small
3) Once done, I went in it and I couldn't grab what I refined, I don't know where the machine put it, in my chests, I have some in there but I am not sure if I dump that in there or the machine did.

I noticed a few times now, that when I go to see if it refined anything, I just get a timer of 58 minutes, and the full 300 mixed fuel is still inside, without anything output.

I know there were sessions where (even if it did work that way) I've been on for more than an hour or 2, and nothing seems to have refined... just timer counting down from (my understanding) an hour.

i noticed that moving your home seems to bug out the fuel refinery. it also resets the timer. if you remove all fuel and put it back in, then don't move your home for at least 30 minutes, it should work.

Is the refinery glitched? It says 10:1 ratio, which is zero gain on product, but in reality it's 50:1 so you lose a lot of fuel in the process. Seems better to keep fuel as non-premium for vehicle use.

It's bugged for sure. I put in 100 fuel so I should to get 10 premium fuel (outcome is 10:1). When i logged back in after like 12 hrs it still didn't finish refining and when it did I had 2 and in the other 3 premium fuel (I have 2 refineries at the moment).
This is kinda game breaking tho for end level stuff (prime wars). Because you need bio missiles a lot and they require a premium fuel each.

Ps: I relocated my territory once and maybe it has got something to do with that because a there is a bug also when you reallocate your territory your stardust resonant filter doesn't work.
