What does end game look like?

Apparently your game (whole server) just gets wiped after a time limit of 6 weeks from a particular date (2 days ago I think). Even if you start now or during the last week. Some stuff carries over to a storage island (where you can still build similar to a creative mode game) that has nothing to do with the main survival game. And you start your character over in the next season of continuing content. Although certain aspects of your previous progression will carry over, similar to a game plus.

Bosses in hard mode, a longer 30-40 minute lab raid, lategame open world events. ostly standard mmo stuff

This is misleading, yes there will be wipes but this isn't what he asked.
It was asked what is there to do once you reach max lvl.

Grind a few short dungeons aka silo's to get mods to improve your dps so you can umm, grind the same silo's.

Theres a couple of endgame PVE raid bosses.... that lag and bug out like a 1999 mmo alpha test where you stand and throw molotovs over and over or fire a static turret until the shield is gone then shoot a stationary raid boss in the weakspot until it either a) die b) bugs out and insta regens

There's one end game dungeon called LEA thats a bit longer and was actual challenging content, it got nerfed so you can now solo it.

Did i mention that the devs dont fix stuff... bugs, lag, glitches that have been around since closed beta a year ago still there.

But the building system is great minus the bugs of course.
