Blueprints: To gacha or not to
For those who aren't there yet, you can use the wishing machine to obtain gear blueprints - which as a reminder, are permanent and carry over between seasons - and once you have something unlocked you can continue to gain more of the same blueprint to further improve the item.

Before anyone goes crazy calling the devs greed because of gacha, it only accepts currency you can only obtain by playing the game: Completing seasonal tasks and defending your base for example.

You can get bluerpints in two ways: Gacha or direct buy

It costs 500 for a gacha pull, 2000 for a epic weapon blueprint and 8000 for a legendary weapon blueprint.

I don't know quite know yet if purchasing a blueprint you already own gives you the equivalent in fragments, but if thats the case you would need to purchase a epic weapon blueprint 5 times to max it out.
Thats 10000 starchrom. I got 3000 from weekly challenges and can get up to 2800 from base defense.

For those who like to gamba, you have a 5% chance to get a legendary weapon blueprint and a 10% chance to get a epic blueprint (one for armor, one for weapon).
However the game uses a pool system so prizes are limited and won't repeat until you get the fancy legendary or completely clear the pool.

So all this out of the way, i wonder what approach folks will be taking.

1 - Gacha can be more "cost efficient" if you are ok using whatever weapon you get lucky to pull a legendary or many copies from.

2 - Going for epic direct purchase is very reasonable to max out on a specific weapon you prefer.

3 - Thinking long term and saving for a legendary will of course be more powerful but I expect it to be 5 times more grindy to fully max compared to an epic (4 times the cost, probably more expensive to upgrade and has one tier higher than epic to level)

So yeah... If you decide to stick with the game, what method you think is best?
Hope I was at least informative.
