Securement Unit (Deviants)
How can i place more deviants in base? I have 5 units built but cant build more why is that?

you can unlock a memetic to boost it to 10

There are skill nodes for being able to place more. Something along the lines of "Secure Containment Expansion". The first on ups the limit to 10, and I think the second ups it to 20.
