so I installed the game played it for about 2 hours then uninstalled it. do the spyware and other things uninstall with it or no?

This is actually true. Windows is pretty bad anymore. You should use linux. Thanks to steam Linux isn't as terrible as it was a few decades ago for gaming. And, depending on your distribution it'll have a lot less spyware.

To uninstall it, you would first have to have installed it.

To have played it for 2 hours you would also have had to install it.

The fact you have no mouse icon next to your name suggests otherwise.

Or does uninstalling a game remove the mouse icon now? No didn't think so.

Refunding a game does, but how do you refund a free game?

Your only solution now is to delete system32 and maybe throw your PC out of the window, maybe your cellphone too and while you're at it, the microchip they installed on the back of your neck when you were young
