My Onboard GPU has Ray tracing, CUDA Cores, even though it's technically an 'Integrated' GPU it smashes it and is more than enough to play.

There's no reason to disable just because it's 'integrated'.
I don't believe it's unfair to expect people that play PC games as a hobby to have a dedicated graphics card. It's also completely fair for the developer to not handicap their games graphical fidelity for the almost certainly incredibly small player base that lacks a dedicated GPU.
Whats more, a mobile port of the game means absolutely nothing for the PC version.
