Game just not launching?

Hit the play button, company logo comes up, nothing happens. Yet oddly enough the game is taking up 3.5k mb of data in task manager. Anyone else having this issue and or found a fix?

To anyone still having this issue - restarting steam or launching it as an admin worked for me.

Yea I've seen a lot of people saying to run the game as admin or give it admin perms. But I'm not gonna lie, I don't feel like giving a game already accused of being a bit miner or spyware admin perms just to get it to run.

I still have not even been able to play this game. Constant crashing as described by OP. The farthest I made it was about 10 seconds into the intro scene.

i tried to let it load overnight but it didnt work so i did all the sulosionts i could but nothing works

What I would like to know is why a game is permitted to run on steam if there are obvious problems doing so..?
