Can't visit Tall Grass area?

Yep, its the mediocre mentality. Basically, everything these days (not just games, but the world in general) is mediocre at best and the sheep just go along with it.... if you criticize, the sheep baa.

I haven't played for 48 hours and I still can't do the quest... and there is no indication on the quest, or anywhere else that i can find, on when I may be able to complete it.

Its a Chinese game.... i guess its to be expected.

I highly doubt you've done most of the side content, there's quite a bit to do outside of the story quests. Also heaven forbid you have to take a break from a game for a day or two instead of completely no-lifing it.

In addition to this; here's some other suggestions:
* Search and kill elites for their mods
* Kill the bosses a couple of times for THEIR mods (listed seperately because of the controller usage)
* Do the various events
* Build a garden to stock up on food/healing supplies
* Setup a working Water Filtration plant (goes well with the garden)
* Setup fuel refining (darn that jeep is a gasguzzler)
* Make bank and buy all the different Attachments
* Might as well buy all blueprints whilst you're at it
* Refine the max amount of Starchrom
* Make Bank (no really... at the end of each season you'll be able to buy seasonal chests with energy credits but the cheapest chest is 50K)
* Search for and hoard Deviant ores, plants and other materials
* Collect more deviants in general
* Stock up on security cards

and if you've really nothing else left to do
* Collect all lore documents

Im lvl 36 got all quests done by 12th aint no way they did all the quests yet complaining like there was no content haha.

Ugh don't even bother. Most people who are complaining about not being able to go to Chalk Peaks are rushing the story anyways. There are so many things around to discover and side quests to do, base building and etc.
