How to remove After-Image?

I find myself googling and asking so many questions with this game. It's quite sad if you ask me. The stupidest feature in this game is creating an After-Imagine which I've found in google can never be removed. What is the point of this destroying your base with an image that can't be removed. Does anyone know if this can be removed?

how do you even make/place this on the first place? my buddy keeps leaving one everywhere on our base and I think he just doing it by accident..(was about to make a post also asking about this so Ill just add my query to this as its on the same topic, sorry)

As far as I understand, they are left automatically when someone visits someone else's territory. My friend left it while he was just standing in the AFK. But how to remove them is a very interesting question...

Its so bad at least have an option to delete it after they leave it lol

There is a way go to setting and go to gameplay and scroll all the way down intill you see display whisper and just turn it off

note: this toke me a while to look at and I found it out my self

Unfortunately this isn't the answer. Whispers and After Images are not the same thing. Whispers are the souls-like messages you see everywhere. After Images are literal holograms of players that just hang around in your base. Quite annoying.

Yeah, idont know how or why, but my friend just came in, he stood there for a good 2 hours or so and i alt-tab back to the game and he had one on his body, but i came here for some help and now i just alt-tab-ed back in the game and the after image was gone. This happened to me about a minute before i started typing this. I guess just wait and it will go away. I oppened the after image twice and just closed it, didnt reply or anything and just turned my bakc and it was gone, i dont know how or why though, so, sorry
