Why does it look so fuzzy and blurry
I have everything maxed out, why does it look so bad?

Dumb question, are you playing native res, and playing with 100% resolution scale?
(you might have max settings on, but if not playing native and rendering 100% it's always going to be blurry)

I really hate how so many recent games, from 2022 onward, have this super blurry and fuzzy visuals, especially with the hair. Can see it in games like Diablo 4 and Dead Island 2. And there is a shimmery effect whenever player moves. If you look at moving frames, there are even crosshatch/checkerboard visual effects like the game is rendering only half the pixels and any animation breaks that illusion.

Try using Reshade to get rid of the fuzzy, blurry
