I got one! Although not classified as a toy, it seems to function as one ingame. It's the "Model VIII" ornamental model. It's a random drop of a Floor Decor.
See here a few images if the model ingame:

Well that works for me by the way
The sheep does work. It was my first toy and I used it to keep my Extradimensional cat pleased. Later on, I needed more toys and didn't have any more sheep, so I had no choice but to obtain the llama from the season shop.
Some deviants only require 1 toy. But, there are some deviants that require multiple toys to be satisfied. Make sure you read the details carefully. But, more importantly, the containers may not update properly, despite the conditions being met, or the lack thereof when a state changes. (More on that in this next reply.)
They need to be close enough for the containers to detect them. If they aren't detecting them, then remove the deviant, destroy and rebuild the container, and then place the deviant back into the new container after you ensure your conditions are met.
Those secument units can sometimes improperly display information. Right now, I have a digby container on my plot saying that it is detecting music nearby, but I haven't placed a radio down in several days and destroyed it later while trying to move things around in my plot, so this information shown in my digby's securement unit is incorrect.
However, the securement unit, itself, seems to function exactly the same way it should be when there is no radio nearby it, as this unit produces comparable amounts of resources as my other digby containers. The other containers are displaying the correct information, meanwhile.
Basically, even if it doesn't appear to be correctly detecting your conditions, the containers will still function correctly. I would still advice you to remove the deviant from the container and destroy and rebuild the container, then ensure the conditions are met before placing the deviant back into the container. This will make absolutely certain that the container, itself, is updating properly.
This is still something I haven't tried, myself. But, that does make sense, considering they are a type of toy. I will have to try this later.
wait, do those work.. i found a few blueprints for those, will have to try now haha
