The deviants require toys, plural. The sheep does count but not on it's own sadly. You can buy a blueprint for a lama toy in the seasonal shop though. If you place it with the sheep you get the bonus. Hope that helps =)

Deadville in the Kids Room on the second floor in the House. If it is not there than go to the teleporter and change the world until you find it.

There is also one in the Greaywater Camp on the Roof
