How to remove message flowers from your base ?

only way is to blacklist the player who left the message (read the message and press the 3 dots then blacklist)

Ouch, not a good system for that, really. I remember Elden Ring being infested with messages the same way.

you can completely disable them in the options. its called "display whispers". This turns off those message flowers completely.
