twitch connection issues

when trying to connect to twitch for the drops, (sign in to a social media account and enter UID). i personally have tried several times and still, it says player not found. has anyone come across this issue?

So, this is sourced from the same problem that receiving beta rewards has. You need to download it from netease to get the netease launch client to redeem things like gifts and twitch drops using your netease UID i'm assuming. I'd highly recommend not doing this and just go without because we do not need more launchers in our life.

I wont install more launchers just because some silly drops. If that's required, I'm off with those meh skins anyways.

Not sure if you still need an answer but your character's UID is a 9 digit number located at the very bottom left hand corner of your screen when logged on to your character. Its displayed just below the chat box. Enjoy your drops!

you do not need to use the launcher
i logged in on the once human page and linked my twitter, it then asked me what character i wanted to assign the drops to and i was able to select the one i made through steam

i know it doesn't answer your question, just wanted to clear it up
