"Account Login" does nothing - how to actually start the game?

I selected one of the recommended severs, and clicked "Account Login" but nothing happens.
How do I actually start the game?

Turns out I had to exit the launcher and restart it so that it could do another update (even though it had just updated).

When the launcher had updated again, instead of "Account Login", I had a "Start Game" option at the main menu. Previously I did not have "Start Game".

I had exactly the same issue, except when I exited the game and relaunched it, I had "Enter game", which did not appear previously.

You select Server. Then Enter game thereafter. If you are starting out and don't have a server, there won't be an enter game.
