quest ''legacy hunt'' bug?

So i have this quest that ask me to find some ''old magazines'' in througville . The quest marker is clear and it show the zone where it could be .... but i never found it and looked everywhere . I even look everywhere in througville and never found anything .....even in the magazine shop just in front of the quest houses lol .

Yup or it might be that quest where the book is in a big barn thing behind something hidden.
If you can give me more details i will try to remember.
They are hiding things much better in the full release

so first zone , toughville , the blue circle is on the 2 house on the north right . Somekind of house in construction .
But i also looked everywhere in toughville in case the area was wrong .
Its a quest for Claire , girl in the first ''npc town''

Usualy , quest item are shining in purple, right?

Oh, i think that was behind a wall in a building under construction, near a staircase. I will look again in 3 hours when i am home. If you dont solve it by then write something here😬

Yes, they shine in purple unless they are in a safe/container, the other dimension(hit scan(q)) or very well hidden.

yes, in the north east(upper right) there is a building and V says this was a library and you search the create that is highlited

is it that chest that can only spawn on the roof but is invisible or something , because i did this as the first thing i did in the game . I cant loot that anymore .

Nope, its on the corner next to the stairs, a cardboard box, i searched after v says something.
But its bugged since it shows the quest location after i got the item. I went and got another in the quest but its still bugged.
I would say is the most normal box there
