Stuttering

Anyone else has a stutter problem? The game actually doesn't use much of my CPU power as a lot of people are saying and gpu also doesn't seem bothered. Yet in the game I will get stutters every few minutes or even more often when I start to move, no matter the graphical settings.

I also have stuttering issues, every 10 seconds or so I have a half second stutter, even though my hardware has no issue running the game. The issue persists even when I lower the video settings.

OS: Win 10 (newest build)
CPU: 5950x (newest chipset update + BIOS)
GPU: 3090ti
RAM: 32GB 3000MHz
Storage: Games are on a NVME

Having the same issue but worse, 100% CPU usage, lagging all the way along unplayable.

I had a 5950X. Might be something there. I seem to recall an issue with the engine that was fixed with a BIOS update. It is a great chip but had some issues with some MOBOs at launch.

I have an i7-13700k, the issue obviously isn't because of weak hardware. I run the game perfectly fine at 60 FPS Very High and still have stutters every ten or so seconds when I lower the graphics at Low.

I guess I'll just say that it's another one of those badly optimized Chinese games and leave it at that. Apparently it's not something that can be fixed with a tweak or a setting change.

It's mostly something to do with the game being made on UE5, which is notorious for having poorly optimized games made on it. It is very hardware dependent, and not really power based, it's just the question of "Does UE5 like my hardware?" If the answer is no, you are going to have problems. For example, the user Jisa in this post is having issues with a 13th gen Intel CPU, UE5 is known to function horridly with 13th and 14th gen intel chips.

5800x and a 3070 not having any stuttering issues although during the testing phases I had heard people with higher gpus having issues not sure if it's something the game has an issue with or not

make sure you play this game on the SSD as well because this game recommends an SSD and I tried this game on a hard drive and it was very stuttery

The game is on an NVMe. It's not a disk issue.

It is. I'm pretty sure it is by default. My FPS counter is at 60 all the time.
