The fact they are on auto-start is in point of fact irrelevant. One is simply a counter of activation's, the second is the players unique user id. Neither are actually required and can be disabled at any time.

A lot of games designed for mobile include appsflyer. It's only when it's ported to PC that you see those startup variables.
Edit: There is also a way with appsflyer to integrate with steam to avoid that startup entry issue I believe.
If I am being honest I am shocked they are just tracking counter and uuid. There are variables to track everything.
You can remove them, but it will just generate a new one next time you launch it...Which kind of defeats the purpose of them using a tracking id to begin with.
