Disabled it aswel, but surely there are many who dont know it installed these 2 things.
I cant find any reason for these to be put in the startup list either and it feels disgusting to have this kind of unknown on my computer.

I uninstalled the game and wiped it from my system.
Company that tracks install/uninstalls on mobile devices. The string of weird characters is your assigned device ID, the number is the amount of executions/installs you've done of the tracked app.
Why this installs anything in "Startup" on Windows beats me, it does not belong there and is dodgy as hell. The analytics software itself is just that, analytics software. Do with that what you will.
Edit: These 2 values should be in the registry, not in startup. Some intern has no -ing clue how Windows works.
why did you delete it? it was an american spyware. that's good, right?
Here are the registry entries in case anyone wants to delete em. For now, I've just disabled the startup entries so that I don't have to keep deleting them everytime I run the game:

they are still there in the start up section if you restart your pc i disabled them when i found them restarted and they are still there but have stayed disabled.
