Flight mode didn't work ?

I try to build like 2 floor housing and having problem with the roofing so I tried to use "flight mode"
The game said it's the " ~ " key but it didn't work for me
Is it because I set that to be Language font change or something ?

I tried to re-log but then I close the game instead now I'm stuck at Queue lol
