Reinstalling does not solve the problem. I have already tried it twice with the same problem. It stays on that frozen screen.

do you guys use non-admin users to run the game? (it still asks for admin password to start the game)

had a similar issue with torchlight infinite, their anti-cheat wants the user to be admin, cant use non-admin users there.

Having the same issue. Unless they fix their code, the game won't get past the aforementioned step. Maybe they can remove the mention of "mobile data usage" on PC as well, since this is NOT a mobile platform. Come on, that is one IF-Statement, at least do some QC before launch.

Guess I will play something else, since I am not going to create a Windows Admin Account just to play this game.

Tried running on admin, validated files, disabled firewall....... Nothing seems to work. Any other ideas?

Steam will validate files ok but game won't. AMD Adrenalin quickly popped up something like "Inactive please use DirectX 11 or 12" on game startup. We might need a command line fix? I have a Now Human life so somebody else please fix this and advise. Thank you 🧒

I had the same problem when downloaded from steam later I downloaded the game client straight from Once human website
I had no trouble that I was having with steam TRY IT I THINK IT WILL HELP YOU.

Download the game from once human website I had no issues

it's doing a bit of data scanning of your personal info to increase that number to 1%. just be patience, give it some time

Yes, that might be the issue. Requiring me to fully use my admin account is not happening. I rather not play the game.

That worked for me. I could start the game via the launcher and log in using a netease account, but the game launched in Chinese, not English. Still searching for ways to change the language...

Try vpn

For some stupid reason my provider was blocked ? Idk

I used vpn and it works just fine

However once you login and go to main menu . You can close vpn .
