CONTROLLER SUPPORT!!!!!

Until this game get some Hot Damn controller support, consider this game trash! I mean honestly, MOST gamers started playing video games using a controller and to NOT add controller support is like shutting out over half you audience... I'm not even gonna give this game a try until they get their shii together... Imagine not having controller support being the one thing that makes everyone on steam delete this game from their library...😏🎮💁🏽‍♂️

No controller support but it can be played with controller.
right-click on steam-properties-compatibility.
check the box that says run as administrator-apply-ok.
open steam,then run the game. right analog will move the cursor like a mouse and R2/RT will be your mouse click. once you know it works edit your controllers layout in steam controller edit or upload one from community layout,mine is just called endless.

I will never understand how controller support isn't a priority on every dev's list. Not everyone can use mouse and keyboard properly, without pain or at all and more dev's should strive to make their games more inclusive so that more people can enjoy them.

On May 31st they listed full controller support on the store page and then on June 11th they removed it. I'm guessing that it wasn't working properly so they removed it.

true, my first time playing pong back in the 70's was on a controller but bell bottoms were also in fashion...

I had my original Pong until about 5 years ago. I had to keep around an old CRT television just to have the proper connection. Back then though, a gaming session lasted about 15 minutes before it was time to go do "something constructive" as my folks would say. Now, 3 hours is barely getting everyone on at the same time and something accomplished!

It doesn't matter what you have. You are playing a PC game. If you can't manage it then well that sucks, but we are going to flip off the handle on you if you want this game to be dumbed down to cater to your disability. Which is exactly what you're expecting.

If I lost fingers I wouldn't expect to be able to play guitar anymore. I wouldn't whine about how they should make guitars that I can play with my stump.

So with this philosophy I should just train myself to be right handed also since im left handed and using half those keys is a pain in the ass since my fingers are no where near WASD. Man your one smart cookie.

And for the people who arent this elitist jerk as long as you run steam as admin steam input works just fine for setting up controller and honestly considering how these bozos setup keyboard your better off making your own controller setup anyways.

Yep gave it a try mucking around 30mins or so enjoyed the feel and weight of the combat but no controller support game is parked till then.

There is nothing wrong with controller support, it should be available in all games where possible. If this was not the case, then why did Steam develop and launch the Steam Deck with thumb sticks + buttons.

Every time someone asks for controller support, this ♥♥♥♥ happens. If PC is supposed to be the best, most accessible platform (which it's not), then controller support should be added to nearly every game where possible.

game doesn't even have full keyboard customization, which prevent me from playing due to a health condition, so the lack of "PC game" options has nothing to do with it being a PC game, or training, when there are other games that are way more harder and complex but give you the options to customize and I manage to play just fine because of that, there is no reason for this game not to have them.

controller support would be cool, but who knows if it will come. The store page doesn't indicate it, so stick to mouse and keyboard for now.

lmao wtf kind of mental gymnastics are these? this implies PC is an inferior hardware choice that cannot handle using a gamepad, but anybody with more than 2 braincells to rub together knows that isn't the case. A better analogy would be like pulling up to McDonalds and asking for a Filet-O-Fish, which is part of the menu, but it doesn't get purchased often so they make you wait a bit while they make it.

Also have you never heard of Final Fantasy XIV, Dragon's Dogma 2, Phantasy Star Online 2? plenty of PC MMOs and even REGULAR games that have multiple things that require multiple buttons, and do you know what the solution to that is? using triggers/shoulder buttons held down to let you do different things with the face buttons. It's almost embarrassing that I needed to even mention something so common and obvious, but then again, you literally made the silliest analogy implying PC can't handle gamepads so maybe I shouldn't be surprised.

Either way you're a silly person with a silly post and I just had to respond to it because I couldn't believe I'm the only one to find this hilarious.
