Mouse sensitivity HELP!!!

How do i change it in game, I feel dumb asking but this has never been an issue for me before

I had the same problem, I looked a lot in the options and couldn't find anything, just now I looked again and there is a second tab under mouse/display on the gameplay side, "control" there is the sensitivity

Escape, settings, at the very top left be sure Mouse/Display is highlighted, then just below that on the left is two other tabs, Gameplay and Control. Click on the Control tab, then scroll down to Camera Sensitivity. Then click Sensitivity Coefficient. Then adjust Third Person-Standard.

i turned this down to the minimum and it still is unusable, can't even explore the lab, experimented with a few settings, also turned down the sensitivity in control panel, still the mouse leads to either looking at feet or ceiling or level, any movement even slowly flips it as if it is russian roulette to get to one of 3 positions, changing some settings just led any movement to spinning around in a circle staring at the floor, wasd worked okay, but when I restarted, this time it said an integrated graphics card is not supported. So I uninstalled.
