Still can't rebind so many things..

Disappointed to see they didn't fix this from the betas. There are so many keybinds that are locked, like E and Tab.

Also default controls have multiple functions set to the same binding, like Summon Motorcycle and whatever "Handling" is, but if you try to bind both of those to something else, it won't let you put them on the same key.

I just ran into this problem and it's driving me nuts.

[The Motivation]

It prevented me from playing much of the testing phase and kind of made me lose interest in the game. Decided to give it another chance since surely on release, in 2024, these devs were able to include the basic feature of rebinding controls. Nope. Easy pass for me.

Cant play this game without E being unmappable to move right. I play QWES for movement on every game :(

ESDF users are screwed. Really wanted to try this, but if the keys aren't remappable, the game is unplayable.

over 10 years of E for interactions its sooo anyoing that some games cant figure out anymore how to do keybinds.... its so annoying if you play multiple games and then some say screw your muscle memory/keybind setup and use the one we give you! ...

I always reset my interaction key to Tab, not 'E' and Forward to Right Mouse but I've been doing that since Half-Life 1

You basically have to play in qwerty with the default button layout, and it was already a problem in all the previous betas and they didn't listened.

Yeah the keybinding issues are so sadly common.

I think devs rarely test it becuse erryone just plays WASD,
So these issues (missing rebind actions, impossible multire-bind to something not space) is never discovered =/
