Not a high bar tbf.
I think that is where people are really clashing on the seasonal wipe ting. To some, like myself - I dont care about a building. Ive made several different ones and still favor my first. I also favor my spot in Meyers market and refuse to move to the higher zones.
CBT2 was better game play wise but if a person never played any CBT but did play the demo I could see why they think its good the way it is as well. Im still playing, Ive played a lot of games that wipe progess. Some I can play after a wipe, some I cannot. Rust, can do. Vrising, cannot.
Thinking on it, I have no attachment to my characters in rust. Does OH have a character save/blueprint system? I dont recall but that may be required as Id want to keep my settings for that at least.
Again..
Also that figure is global, and includes China and mobile. Wuthering Waves had over 30m global pre-registrations.
There's a line about character pinch data being preserved, which I am assuming is hopefully a save of our character customizations. It was not present in the beta or demo, but that is what they have been advertising as one of their seasonal positives. It would be a real chore to have to recreate the character's appearance every 6 weeks.
because companies will always try to give the absolute minimum to function
If it was not f2p i would never touch it, but i will give it a chance, but if you are right, then it will be dead in 2 weeks : )
