Skip tutorial

Is it possible to skip the tutorial after character creation?

The tutorial is god awful, it feels like it takes an hour to complete, incredibly boring, and pointless. I already made a character when i first started by myself and now i have to spend another hour getting baby fed information.

if it's your first newb character you gotta bare thru it. When your 2nd season comes around you can bypass it all. Just make sure you select the proper option to skip when the game prompts you.

Why the F would you let players skip it then to complain they're lost? If you transfer to a new Season you skip it and that's all that needed.

Or at least fix the tutorial..... I accidently used the bird gliding before i got to talk to it as i was exploring the place....... guess what....the bird you need to comunicate with is stuck about 40 something meters below you wherever you go so no way to even get out of the blooody tutorial.....
wait, i got a smart idea....let me delete the character..... oh, too bad there is no delete button or anything..... that is one character slot permanently broken and not useable anymore.

What a good first improsion it makes on new players right.

This is called Game Mechanic. Mechanics define game's quality.
That's a very bad one.

It also defines the developers character...

Not really. You no longer have to start on a novice server but you still have to finish a season before you can use "simplified mode" (lets you skip any quest you've already completed by just interacting with the map marker).
