100% GPU and CPU usage

Bad code, it also cant be recorded with obs wich is also a bad sign. I have to record the screen.
The ctb 3 was more less the same but it is worse now. I am geting more fps but also more fps drops

That’s a “your rig” problem. Time for an upgrade or maybe a fresh reset

GPU barely got phased in this game. CPU on the other hand was randomly going to 100%. A quick google search later indicated that it was vsync that was causing it (First time in history.) So I forced Vsync in my GPU control panel and avoided the game's version of it. A lot of people don't realize how much strain their computers are under because they don't use HWM's. This game's coding is horribly done.

Cap your FPS; either with vsync or in the driver.

2. whats your settings?
then maybe it will explain themselves, or maybe people can help.
me on Gaming Laptop with RTX2060 ~75% GPU (~73°C)on middle settings with DLSS and RTX on
I7-9850H ~70% CPU (~85°C)
capped to 60fps much more isn't possible with RTX on, could turn off but I like it ;)

for now set fps to 30, it fixes it until they patch it ;)
